Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes how GIPIGAP AI Core handles information when Google Drive is connected to the private backup infrastructure.

2. Google user data accessed

The service may process OAuth authorization data and Google Drive file information required to perform the authorized backup workflow. The workflow is limited to backup files and related metadata needed to upload, verify, retrieve, and manage those files.

3. How the data is used

upload encrypted backup archives to Google Drive;
verify that uploaded backup files are present and match expected integrity information;
retrieve backup files for recovery;
manage or remove backup files according to the configured retention policy;
maintain the Google Drive connection required for those operations.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.

4. Storage and security

Backup archives are encrypted before storage in Google Drive. OAuth configuration and operational metadata are kept in controlled infrastructure with access restricted to the system owner and required service components. The private backup decryption key is kept separately from the cloud backup storage.

5. Sharing

Google user data is not sold or shared for advertising. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate Google Drive, hosting, networking, backup, and recovery functions, or where disclosure is required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Backup files are retained according to the configured backup retention policy. OAuth access may be revoked by the Google account owner. When the Google Drive connection is removed, the service no longer uses that authorization for new operations.

7. Google API policy

Information received from Google APIs is used only for the disclosed backup functionality and in accordance with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.
