Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes how GIPIGAP AI Core handles Google user data for private backups and owner-requested AI-assisted Google Drive, Sheets and Docs operations.

2. Google user data accessed

The service accesses OAuth authorization data, spreadsheet content requested by the owner, and file content or metadata required for authorized document operations. Google Sheets access is read-only; Google Drive document creation and editing use files authorized for the application.

3. How the data is used

upload encrypted backup archives to Google Drive;
verify that uploaded backup files are present and match expected integrity information;
retrieve backup files for recovery;
manage or remove backup files according to the configured retention policy;
maintain the Google Drive connection required for those operations;
read Google Sheets for owner-requested tasks;
create Google Docs and save owner-requested results;
process selected source content through configured AI services when requested by the owner.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.

4. Storage and security

Backup archives are encrypted before storage in Google Drive. OAuth configuration and operational metadata are kept in controlled infrastructure with access restricted to the system owner and required service components. The private backup decryption key is kept separately from the cloud backup storage.

5. Sharing

Google user data is not sold or shared for advertising. For an owner-requested AI task, selected source content may be transmitted through TypingMind and OpenRouter to the chosen AI model provider to perform that task. These providers may handle data under their own privacy policies and retention settings. Infrastructure providers may process data as necessary for hosting, networking, backups and recovery, or where required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Backup files are retained according to the configured backup retention policy. Generated documents remain in Google Drive until removed by the owner. OAuth access may be revoked in Google account settings. When authorization is removed, it is no longer used for new operations. External AI services may retain data according to their applicable policies and settings.

7. Google API policy

Information received from Google APIs is used only for the disclosed backup and owner-requested AI/document functions, consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements.
